This is the perfect breakfast when you are short of time but still need a delicious morning treat packed of nutrients.

Coconut milk or cream
One big tbsp chia seeds
In a cup of coconut milk or cream soak the seeds overnight and add cinnamon and fruits. Additionally you can add flax seed bran, hemp seed or any other favorite fruit. Sometimes I like to add an home made marmalade of blueberries and strawberries. Top with coconut flakes. Put in the fridge overnight and enjoy the magic in the morning!
I particularly like to incorporate chia seeds in my diet, as they are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. Especially the clear jelly that forms when the seeds are soaked, is highly indicated to hydrate the walls of the intestine and flush out toxins.
